Thank you for all your patience and understanding as we figure out this together. We want to ensure you that we are being continuously proactive and updated daily on COVID-19. For those who have visited our space, you know we keep it in tip-top sanitary and ultra clean conditions at all times, before during and after each client. Meanwhile, we will be taking the following extra precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
1. Our staff has been advised to stay home if they have any symptoms that remotely resemble cold, flu, cough conditions and/or have been in contact with anyone or any business who has had any confirmed cases of COVID-19.
2. On top of all the sanitary practices we already heavily enforce, all commonly touched surfaces such as the front desk, pens, door handles and rails will be sanitized constantly and consistently throughout the day. All day. Everyday. No exceptions.
3. All team members are required to wash their hands before each client, during any transition of the service and at the end before sanitizing their chairs and stations prior to next client setup. Regular tool and shampoo bowl sanitation remains exact and non-exceptional.
4. We kindly ask, and remind during confirmations, that any clients experiencing any coughing, sneezing or any flu/cold-like symptoms to please reschedule, even if it’s day of. We will be waiving any cancellation fee indefinitely due to illness.
We will continue to update our business practices and sanitation methods as we learn more about COVID-19 moving forward and appreciate all your help in making this transition both safe and as normal as possible.
