Gavin Christensen

Gavin Christensen joined 1 Salon in June 2022 as an assistant and stylist. Today, she has six years of experience in the beauty industry. After living in Southern Utah, she was drawn to Salt Lake City in search of a more inclusive, supportive environment—and we’re thrilled that she found her creative home with us.

Gavin is also a drag performer and burlesque dancer on the weekends, embracing the opportunity to express herself through performance while continuing to grow as an artist. In the salon, Gavin is passionate about offering a wide range of services, from cutting and coloring to updos and extensions, with a growing interest in specializing in bridal looks and hair extensions. Her goal is to make every client feel their most beautiful, and she loves helping them achieve their dream hairstyle.

Outside the salon, Gavin enjoys spending time with friends and family, and when she’s not working on hair, you can find her playing the piano or performing.
