Gavin Christensen joined our team as an assistant and stylist in June ’22. Having had three years experience working in Southern Utah, Gavin joined 1 Salon with a vision of being able to nurture her creativity and enjoy the freedom of self expression along with the enjoyment of being able to collaborate with our team of stylists. As a trans-woman, she moved to Salt Lake City to seek out a more inclusive environment and we couldn’t be more smitten that she found our space! Gavin enjoys all aspects of hair including coloring, extensions, updos and cutting and really just wants to get everyone’s hair to a place that they feel the most beautiful. In her spare time, Gavin enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and can be found playing the piano from time to time.
